Placing Orders  - Orders can be made by via our website, by email, or fax. Pricing is displayed in New Zealand dollarsand includes GST.
We accept the following methods of payment:

Orders Orders placed are sent out the next working day of receiving payment. Any delays and we we notify you with the option of a short shipment or waiting till your order is complete. For standard orders anywhere in New Zealand there is a $5.50 postage & packaging charge. otherwise prices vary depending on size. Allow 1-7 days for delivery.
Refund Policy   We are confident that you will enjoy using Lytewicks products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 10 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase is required, and we may request the return of the unused or damaged product.
Returns Policy:  A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to our warehouse, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.  If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.  After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
