Our aim is to provide a happy and positive customer experience.

By reading this document you accept  our Terms & Conditions stated here

We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning or prior notification.

ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, we will package and courier items  to the addressed specified during your purchase.

We use Courierit  / Aramax for urban deliveries and NZ Post for rural deliveries.

Normal dispatch is 1-3 days.  We do our very best to ship within 48 hour, please allow extra time at public holidays and major holidays like Christmas.  Also in this new era of Covid please note we can only ship  at level 3.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time frame but can guarantee the date that your parcel was collected.  Overall we see very quick delivery times with our freight partners.

Our parcels are fragile so if your parcel arrives in a damaged state please advise us ASAP.

Our freight costs include packaging and handling & courier.

Freight is calculated based on $ value as we know what we can get into box sizes,  ( whoesale freight differs from below and dependant of size of order at time of sale )

Sale value $10 - $30 – Courier $8.50  if rural + $3.00

Sale value $31 - $75.00 – Courier $9.00  if rural +  $3.00

Sale value $675.00 free

ORDER PAYMENTS

Payment can be made via

  • Direct to bank account
  • PayPal
  • Laybuy
  • Creditcard/Paymate

We use approved  secure environments using 3 party links.

If no payment is received your order will be cancelled after one reminder.

We can also take credit card payments over the phone if you do not wish to use available links.  – Call for further assistant. 021611159

OUR PRODUCTS

We take great care and pride when making our products. We can inform you  of all of the ingredients listed in each product and advise any safety warnings.  We strive to use natural products which are safe on human skin.

We feel strongly against testing products on animals.  In fact we test on our grandchildren as we are confident in the ingredients we use. 

Our products are suitable for vegetarians and some are suitable for vegans (see each product page for details).

We handmake all of our products exept for soap. Our soap is made in NZ and Australia. 

All of our bath bomb products are 100% genuinely handmade by us

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We are confident that you will enjoy using our  products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase is required, and we may request the return of the unused or damaged product.

If you are unhappy with your order and the goods are returned  to us within 14 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your items have been  received and inspected we  will  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  We will  then your refund a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace item  if they are defective or damaged

DATA PROTECTION  COLLECTION & PRIVACY

We fully  respect our  customer privacy at all times and therefore will never share your information with a third party.

As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details.

We may use your personal information:

  • To process your order
  • To send you information about our special offers, promotions and updates
  • Courier Company for delivery.
  • To communicate with you regarding enquirers, complaints or sales
